1. Assist the team in preparing sales events such as Buying Days, brand/product presentations, on-site client training, and client visits.
2. Ensure the accurate and complete management of all client-related information (master data).
3. Support the team in managing order flows, including external booking portals, in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
4. Collaborate with the Planning and Logistics departments to resolve any issues.
5. Ensure the management of back-orders.
6. Contribute to the management of returns in compliance with agreed commercial terms.
7. Manage sales and client reporting to ensure accurate information management by the team and Sales.
8. Participate in ad hoc sales activities.
9. Contribute to teamwork and the achievement of team objectives.

1. Degree in Marketing or a related field
2. Previous experience in similar roles and contexts is considered a plus

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Excellent command of the English language
3. Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
4. Initiative and proactive approach
5. Analytical and planning skills
6. Problem-solving aptitude
7. Teamwork capabilities

Previous experience in similar roles and contexts is advantageous but not mandatory.
