1. Support the team in managing order flows, including external booking portals, in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
2. Ensure the management of back-orders.
3. Collaborate with Planning and Logistics departments to resolve any issues.
4. Contribute to the management of returns in compliance with commercial terms.
5. Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
6. Assist in preparing for client meetings, such as Buying Days, brand/product presentations, product training, and client visits.
7. Manage sales and customer reporting to facilitate effective information management for the team and Sales.
8. Contribute to team efforts and the achievement of team objectives.

1. Degree in Economics, Business, Languages, or a related field.
2. Excellent command of the English language.
3. Previous experience in similar roles and contexts is considered an advantage.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
3. Proactive and enterprising approach.
4. Analytical and planning skills.
5. Problem-solving aptitude.
6. Teamwork capabilities.
