- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the 3O’s brand portfolio, sales processes, and the three-tier system within the eyewear industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
- Participate in industry events and organize trunk shows for high-volume accounts.
- Enhance brand visibility and presence in point-of-sale locations by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on product merchandising and in-store marketing activities.
- Utilize data and technology to drive sales initiatives.
- Conduct analyses on sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and business results.
- Provide support to the sales organization with ad hoc requests.
- Current senior or recent graduate with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Passion for luxury and fashion industries.
- Dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic individual with a commitment to teamwork and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and execute plans effectively.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and relocate within the United States if required.
- Experience with CRM or SAP systems is appreciated.
