Sales Brand Ambassador Trainee

Kering Eyewear is a leading luxury eyewear company and part of the Kering Group, a global luxury conglomerate known for its renowned fashion, leather goods, and jewelry brands. Founded in 2014, Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a diverse portfolio of 14 brands, including LINDBERG, Maui Jim, Gucci, Cartier, and Saint Laurent.

1. Learn about the 3O’s brands portfolio, selling process, 3-tier system, and sales within the eyewear industry
2. Prospect for new business opportunities while managing existing customer base by visiting customers and providing value-added solutions
3. Attend industry events and plan trunk shows for high volume accounts
4. Improve visibility and elevate the presence of brands in the POS of accounts by working with the Trade Marketing team in pop allocation, product merchandising, and other in-store marketing activities
5. Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and push sales
6. Conduct sales data analysis, trend analysis, competitors' analysis, business results analysis, and general reporting
7. Support the sales organization on ad hoc requests

1. Current Senior or recent graduate (within the past year) with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields
2. Passion for luxury and fashion
3. Dynamic, proactive, passionate, enthusiastic, and curious individual
4. Fast learner and committed to teamwork
5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong team player and excellent communicator
7. Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
9. Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute plans effectively
10. Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian are a plus
11. Availability to travel and relocate across the US if needed
12. CRM or SAP experience appreciated
13. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

No specific experience required, but CRM or SAP experience is appreciated.

Current Senior or recent graduate (within the past year) with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or similar fields.

Salary Range: $21-23/hr
