1. Serve as the representative of the LINDBERG brand in the designated Canadian territory.
2. Achieve and exceed net sales targets within the assigned region.
3. Cultivate and maintain strategic door distribution with a qualitative approach.
4. Foster enduring customer relationships to enhance sell-through.
5. Collaborate with the Kering Eyewear Sales team to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
6. Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
7. Enhance sell-through with visibility and trade marketing initiatives.
8. Conduct in-store training to impart product knowledge and boost sales.
9. Provide accurate and timely reports to upper management.
10. Coordinate with the Kering Eyewear team in Canada and the LINDBERG team in Aarhus, Denmark.
11. Participate in local and North American sales events.

1. Proven track record of sales growth and door distribution development among wholesale customers.
2. Established customer relationships based on service and trust.
3. University degree or optician diploma.
4. Experience in the optical sales environment.
5. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
6. Fluency in French and English.

1. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience in optical sales and within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments is required.

University degree or optician diploma required.
