Kering Eyewear Sales Brand Ambassador

- Serve as the primary representative of the LINDBERG brand within the designated territory in Canada.
- Achieve and exceed net sales targets within the assigned region.
- Establish and maintain high-quality door distribution channels.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships to enhance sell-through.
- Collaborate with the Kering Eyewear sales team to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through strategic presentations.
- Implement trade marketing programs to boost sell-through sales.
- Conduct in-store training to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with the Kering Eyewear team in Canada and the LINDBERG team in Aarhus, Denmark.
- Participate in local and North American sales events.
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution expansion among wholesale clients.
- Established relationships with clients based on service excellence and trust.
- University degree or optician diploma required.
- Experience in optical sales and within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Candidates must have a proven history of success in sales within the optical or luxury goods industry, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
University degree or optician diploma.
