Kering Eyewear Sales Brand Ambassador

- Represent the LINDBERG brand within the designated territory in Canada.
- Achieve net sales targets within the assigned region.
- Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
- Collaborate with the Kering Eyewear sales team to maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
- Enhance sell-through sales via visibility and trade marketing programs.
- Conduct in-store training to impart product knowledge and boost sales.
- Provide timely and precise reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with the Kering Eyewear team in Canada and the LINDBERG team in Aarhus, Denmark.
- Participate in local and North American sales events.
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale clients.
- Established customer relationships based on service and trust.
- University degree or Optician diploma.
- Experience in the optical sales sector.
- Background in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience in the optical sales environment, with a history of success in fashion, luxury, or consumer goods sectors.
University degree or Optician diploma required.
