- Achieve net sales targets for optical frames and sunglasses within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through rates.
- Dedicate at least 80% of working time to visiting clients at their business locations.
- Ensure qualitative door distribution aligned with brand DNA.
- Maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Collaborate on visibility and trade marketing projects and provide in-store training.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution within the optical sector.
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales within opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Residency in the Houston area.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 5 years in optical sales within the 3 Os (opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists).
University degree or equivalent experience.
