1. Achieve net sales targets for optical frames and sunglasses within the assigned territory.
2. Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through rates.
3. Dedicate at least 80% of working time to visiting clients at their business locations.
4. Ensure qualitative door distribution aligned with brand DNA.
5. Maintain a balanced brand sales portfolio.
6. Collaborate on visibility and trade marketing projects and provide in-store training.
7. Deliver timely and accurate reporting to the Sales Director.

1. Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution within the optical sector.
2. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
3. Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales within opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
5. Residency in the Houston area.

1. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 5 years in optical sales within the 3 Os (opticians, optometrists, ophthalmologists).

University degree or equivalent experience.
