- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution aligned with brand DNA.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Present and optimize sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers to enhance sell-through sales through visibility and trade marketing programs.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Proven track record in growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Availability to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Residence in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
