1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
2. Ensure qualitative door distribution while preserving each brand's unique DNA.
3. Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
4. Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Present and enhance the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through via visibility projects and trade marketing activations.
7. Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
8. Provide timely and precise reporting.

1. Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong relationships with customers based on service and trust.
3. University degree or equivalent experience.
4. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
5. Availability to travel up to 90% of the time.

1. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments is required.
