- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Establish qualitative door distribution aligned with brand DNA.
- Cultivate robust, long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Maximize sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through sales using visibility and trade marketing programs.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution development among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ideally based in Connecticut.
