Kering Eyewear Sales Brand Ambassador

Kering Eyewear is a leading luxury eyewear company and part of the Kering Group, a global luxury conglomerate known for its renowned fashion, leather goods, and jewelry houses. Founded in 2014, Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a diverse portfolio of 13 brands, including LINDBERG, Maui Jim, Gucci, Cartier, and more.

1. Deliver net sales targets by brand in the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Build and maintain qualitative door distribution while preserving each brand's DNA.
3. Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through.
4. Build a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Present and maximize the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations.
7. Provide in-store training to maximize sales.
8. Provide timely and accurate reporting.
9. Collaborate with other sales divisions of Kering Eyewear to achieve a balanced brand sales portfolio.

1. Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
5. University degree or equivalent experience.
6. Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments.
7. Available to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
8. Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Ideally based out of Missouri/Iowa.
