1. Achieve net sales targets for assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Establish and maintain qualitative distribution channels aligned with brand identity.
3. Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to enhance sell-through.
4. Develop a balanced sales portfolio across brands.
5. Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
6. Collaborate with clients to boost sell-through via visibility and trade marketing programs.
7. Conduct in-store training to optimize sales performance.
8. Ensure timely and precise reporting of sales activities.

1. Proven success in sales growth and distribution expansion among wholesale clients.
2. Strong customer relationships based on service and trust.
3. University degree or equivalent professional experience.
4. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
5. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Demonstrated experience in sales within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods industries.

Salary range: $120,000-$150,000
