Founded in 2014, Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a portfolio of 17 brands, including LINDBERG, Maui Jim, Gucci, Cartier, and more.

1. Deliver net sales targets by brand in the assigned territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Build appropriate door distribution in alignment with the brand's DNA.
3. Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers to maximize sell-through.
4. Build a balanced brand sales portfolio.
5. Present and maximize the sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses.
6. Work with customers to maximize sell-through sales with visibility and trade marketing programs.
7. Provide in-store training to maximize sales.
8. Provide timely and accurate reporting.

1. Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
2. Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
3. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
5. University degree or equivalent experience.
6. Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments.
7. Available to travel up to 80% of the time to visit clients.
8. Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
