- Achieve net sales targets for assigned brands within the territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
- Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution aligned with brand identity.
- Foster long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
- Develop a balanced sales portfolio across brands.
- Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through via visibility and trade marketing programs.
- Conduct in-store training to boost sales performance.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and door distribution within wholesale channels.
- Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably based in Connecticut.
