- Act as a proactive partner with the Commercial Management team by proposing, developing, and providing market-representative figures.
- Collaborate with the Head of France & BELUX, Field Sales Manager, Area Managers, and other functional leaders to strategize national sales and monitor periodic updates, offering alerts and suggestions.
- Analyze sales indicators to identify cause-and-effect relationships between financial results and marketing/sales actions to enhance ROI.
- Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Gather information and conduct analyses to prepare Business Reviews.
- Monitor distribution network development projects and organizational initiatives.
- Support various departments (Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Support, and Finance) with ad hoc analyses, such as sales campaign performance checks and sales force incentive results.
- Create and manage sales dashboards highlighting key performance indicators.
- Enhance reporting tools by exploring technological solutions to evolve the sales analysis framework.
- Degree in Finance or Business Management with 2 to 5 years of experience in similar roles (sales analyst, sales planner, sales controller) in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage databases.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, with a quick learning ability and commitment to teamwork.
- Possess entrepreneurial autonomy.
- Ability to manage a complex range of SKUs.
