- Collect and analyze sales data from CRM systems, sales databases, and market research.
- Identify patterns and trends in sales performance and market behavior.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior management and sales teams.
- Present findings and recommendations using visual aids such as charts and graphs.
- Support the weekly orders forecasting process based on historical data, market trends, and economic conditions.
- Assist in the creation of sales plans and targets for different teams and regions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
- Train sales team members on effective CRM usage and data entry practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SAP BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Salary Range: between 65,000 USD and 75,000 USD per year, with annual bonus opportunity.
