Kering Eyewear Sales Analyst

- Gather and analyze business data for order and sales planning, collaborating with sales teams across various channels to ensure precise forecasting.
- Generate reports and analyses to summarize sales activities for management and other relevant departments.
- Support the creation and maintenance of sales dashboards, visualizing performance indicators and collaborating with Finance, IT & Planning, and Customer Service teams.
- Assist the team in making data-driven business decisions to enhance profitability by identifying key performance drivers.
- Serve as the primary contact for Sales teams regarding planning, forecasting, progress tracking, and business-related issues.
- Prepare business closing data and reports for key stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
- University degree in Finance or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles such as Business Analyst, Sales Planner, or Sales Controller, or in consultancy and audit firms within fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing reporting and databases.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent team player and communicator with entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, sales planning, sales control, or consultancy and audit roles in dynamic environments.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management.
