- Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and LABs in the assigned region.
- Execute training programs through diverse formats such as training events, classroom sessions, and online modules.
- Collaborate with various sales channels and clients to deliver effective training solutions.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Lead the implementation of new training projects in the market.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during product presentations.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess training relevance and effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Explore and propose new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Optics and Optometry with previous experience in the Optical Industry.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.
- Advanced expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, including digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong focus on results and adherence to deadlines.
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training.
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time within the SEA region and India.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Optical Industry.
Degree in Optics and Optometry.
