Kering Eyewear Retail Excellence Optical Trainer

- Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and LABs within the assigned region.
- Execute training programs using diverse formats such as classroom sessions, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
- Collaborate with multiple sales channels to understand different business models and define effective training strategies.
- Coordinate and serve as the main point of reference for training plans with key channels.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
- Conduct efficient store visits aligned with key channel priorities and objectives, while also monitoring competitors.
- Analyze key performance indicators to measure the relevance and effectiveness of training.
- Control and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the optical industry
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
- Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods
- Strong results orientation and respect for deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork
- Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time within the EMEA region
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.
Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the optical industry.
