1. Enhance distribution quality and brand visibility across the East Region.
2. Collaborate with top accounts to boost sell-out performance and revenue.
3. Coordinate with the Head of Sales and regional teams to define store lists and objectives.
4. Develop and review activity plans for in-store specialists with the Head of Retail Excellence.
5. Analyze KPIs for in-store specialists, offering insights and action plans for improvement.
6. Work with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, and Training teams for effective execution.
7. Support in-store specialists to maintain high standards in trade marketing execution.
8. Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to evaluate client performance.
9. Identify new market opportunities and track competitor actions.
10. Cultivate a customer-centric culture in the East Region.
11. Lead, coach, and motivate the regional team, managing performance and budget.
12. Provide feedback for operational excellence and talent development.

1. Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Visual Merchandising.
2. Over 5 years of industry experience in Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics.
3. Willingness to travel 70% of the time.

Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 USD annually
