1. Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and LABs within the assigned region.
2. Deliver training through diverse formats such as classroom sessions, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Collaborate with multiple sales channels to understand distinct business models and tailor effective training strategies accordingly.
4. Serve as the coordinator and primary contact for training plans with key channels.
5. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
6. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
7. Conduct efficient store visits aligned with key channel priorities and objectives, while also monitoring competitors.
8. Analyze key performance indicators to assess training relevance and effectiveness.
9. Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost efficiency.
10. Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
11. Comprehend brand business models and objectives, with a focus on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry.

1. Excellent training content creation and proficient copywriting skills.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods.
5. Strong focus on results and adherence to deadlines.
6. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork.
7. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
8. Autonomous with strong problem-solving abilities.
9. Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development.

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry.
