1. Implement technical training programs for Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and LABs in the designated area.
2. Execute training through various formats including classroom, in-store, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Collaborate with diverse sales channels to tailor effective training strategies.
4. Customize training materials to meet specific market needs.
5. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections' presentations.
6. Conduct efficient store visits aligned with key channel priorities and monitor competitors.
7. Analyze key performance indicators to assess training relevance and effectiveness.
8. Manage and monitor the travel budget for cost efficiency.
9. Explore new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
10. Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product features.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic (Levantine or Egyptian dialects).

1. Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint expertise.
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
4. Strong results orientation and deadline adherence.
5. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork.
6. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
7. Problem-solving skills and autonomy.
8. Passion for optical training and product development.

3-4 years in a similar role, preferably within the optical industry.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or related field.
