- Implement technical training programs for Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and LABs in the designated area.
- Execute training through various formats including classroom, in-store, on-field coaching, and webinars.
- Collaborate with diverse sales channels to tailor effective training strategies.
- Customize training materials to meet specific market needs.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections' presentations.
- Conduct efficient store visits aligned with key channel priorities and monitor competitors.
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess training relevance and effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor the travel budget for cost efficiency.
- Explore new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product features.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (Levantine or Egyptian dialects).
- Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint expertise.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
- Strong results orientation and deadline adherence.
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Passion for optical training and product development.
3-4 years in a similar role, preferably within the optical industry.
Degree in Optics and Optometry or related field.
