Kering Eyewear Receptionist

- Welcome and register guests, providing accommodation and courtesy services.
- Manage the switchboard and direct incoming calls.
- Sort and distribute mail and packages received via courier.
- Organize meeting rooms, book meetings, and manage room schedules.
- Provide logistical and organizational support for corporate events and meetings.
- Assist with travel arrangements and urban transfers for external guests.
- Offer front office and general services support to the entire facility, particularly assisting executive assistants.
- Conduct secretarial activities related to mandatory training (safety, first aid, fire prevention), health surveillance, and safety documentation.
- Manage corporate materials and stationery.
- Handle orders, deadline monitoring, and invoicing for hard & soft facilities suppliers.
- Oversee waste disposal documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate shipments.
- Manage the company car fleet, including order entry, contract management, document archiving, and maintenance scheduling.
- Utilize the ticketing system platform.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or general secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to working in a rapidly growing international environment.
- Initiative and proactive attitude.
- Excellent command of English and French.
- Problem-solving capabilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or general secretarial role is required.
