1. Ensure a welcoming and professional reception for guests.
2. Manage telephone services, including redirecting internal and external calls to headquarters.
3. Oversee the shared mailbox.
4. Handle booking and coordination of meeting rooms.
5. Maintain and update the daily activity overview for headquarters.
6. Maintain and update telephone directories and contact lists.
7. Book travel arrangements, including flights, taxis, and train tickets.
8. Make restaurant reservations.
9. Coordinate the rental of LINDBERG's vacation homes.
10. Plan and coordinate gifts, flowers, and cards for anniversaries and birthdays.
11. Approve various invoices.
12. Oversee gift inventory and reorder when necessary.
13. Coordinate and manage sponsor tickets for employees.
14. Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.

1. Fluency in English and Danish.

2. Ability to prioritize work effectively.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
