Kering Eyewear PR Manager

- Manage and coordinate PR activities for the Maui Jim brand.
- Define and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, selecting profiles consistent with the brand’s values and monitoring collaboration impact.
- Manage relationships with talent agencies, managers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to develop the brand's Friend of the House community.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the influencer marketing agency, focusing on planning, analyzing results, and optimization.
- Develop PR strategies consistent with the brand's values and positioning, identifying ad-hoc activities for different markets, and promoting innovative ideas aligned with emerging trends.
- Strengthen the brand's presence and relevance in main media channels, focusing on lifestyle, sport, wellness, travel, and tourism.
- Ensure the product image aligns with the brand's authentic, premium, and performance DNA.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Social, Content, Retail Design, and E-commerce teams for strategic alignment and integrated brand communication.
- Coordinate and supervise PR activities in markets covered by Kering Eyewear subsidiaries and local partners, supporting local teams in developing effective PR strategies.
- Work with PR agencies to support the brand.
- Collaborate in developing all brand PR assets, including press releases and pack shots.
- Assist in organizing Press Days.
- Share PR plans and results, encouraging a continuous exchange of best practices.
- Define and monitor the PR budget, ensuring strategic resource use.
- Degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, FGPS, and DMR.
- Proficiency in talent and KOL management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 5 years in PR and influencer marketing, with proven results in community creation.
Degree in Marketing or Communication.
