- Manage and coordinate PR activities to achieve global objectives, focusing on sports, active lifestyle, and outdoor initiatives.
- Define and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, selecting profiles consistent with brand values.
- Manage relationships with talent agencies, managers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to develop the brand's 'Friend of the House' community.
- Coordinate and supervise influencer marketing agency activities, focusing on planning, result analysis, and optimization.
- Develop PR strategies consistent with brand values and positioning, identifying activities for different markets and promoting innovative ideas.
- Strengthen brand presence in major media channels, focusing on lifestyle, sport, wellness, travel, and tourism.
- Ensure product image consistency with the brand's authentic, premium, and performance DNA.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Social, Content, Retail Design, and E-commerce teams for strategic alignment.
- Coordinate and supervise PR activities in markets covered by Kering Eyewear subsidiaries and local partners.
- Work with international PR agencies to support the brand.
- Collaborate on the development of all brand PR assets, including press releases and promotional materials.
- Organize local and international Press Days, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Share PR plans and results with Kering Eyewear subsidiaries, encouraging best practice exchanges.
- Define and monitor the PR budget, ensuring strategic resource use.
- Degree in Marketing or Communication
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, FGPS, and DMR.
- Proficiency in talent and KOL management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
- Team player with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 5 years in PR and influencer marketing with proven community creation results.
Degree in Marketing or Communication
