Kering Eyewear PR & Influencer Marketing Manager

- Manage and coordinate PR activities for the Maui Jim brand.
- Define and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, selecting profiles consistent with the brand’s values, and monitoring the impact of collaborations in terms of awareness and engagement.
- Manage relationships with talent agencies, managers, and key opinion leaders, ensuring the development of the brand's 'Friend of the House' community.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the influencer marketing agency, focusing on planning, analyzing results, and optimizing them.
- Develop PR strategies consistent with the brand's values and positioning, identifying ad-hoc activities for different markets, and promoting innovative ideas aligned with emerging trends.
- Strengthen the brand's presence and relevance in major media channels, both print and digital, with a focus on lifestyle, sport, wellness, travel, and tourism.
- Ensure that the product image is consistently represented in a manner that aligns with the brand's authentic, premium, and performance DNA.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Social, Content, Retail Design, and E-commerce teams to ensure strategic alignment and integrated brand communication.
- Work with PR agencies to support the brand.
- Collaborate in the development of all brand PR assets, including press releases, pack shots, and cookbooks.
- Assist in organizing Press Days.
- Share PR plans and results regularly, encouraging continuous exchange of best practices.
- Define and monitor the PR budget for the brand, ensuring strategic use of resources.
- Degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, FGPS, and DMR.
- Proficiency in talent and key opinion leader management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a strong focus on results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to coordinate different stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills.
At least 5 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing with proven results in community creation.
Degree in Marketing or Communication.
