Kering Eyewear Plant Controller

- Support the local finance manager in preparing a monthly dashboard, including P&L, efficiency KPIs, and variance analysis against standard and overheads.
- Calculate and monitor purchase and production standard costs.
- Participate proactively in budget and forecast processes, ensuring target achievement.
- Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
- Support management by addressing ad hoc topics as needed.
- Enhance reporting systems and outputs.
- University degree in Economics or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
- Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting.
- Experience in preparing, analyzing, and discussing budgets, forecasts, and planning activities.
- Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English.
- Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and resilience.
- Flexibility and ability to interface with various company levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to 'roll up sleeves'.
- Positive attitude and ability to perceive challenges as opportunities.
3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling is required.
University degree in Economics or equivalent.
