Kering Eyewear Packaging & Industrialization Manager

- Oversee the design, development, and prototyping of packaging for all company brands, ensuring alignment with creative briefs, timelines, budgets, and supply chain guidelines.
- Provide continuous support and supervision of creative work, technical development, and cost control, proactively resolving issues to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Conduct meetings with the Creative Area and Brand Management for project and prototype presentation and approval.
- Research and select global suppliers, coordinating with the Purchasing team for optimal cost negotiation.
- Manage, guide, and coordinate suppliers involved in project development regarding progress, quotations, and timelines.
- Ensure the design, development, and prototyping based on briefs from the Maisons and/or internal Creative Area.
- Approve prototypes and initiate production to ensure delivery according to operational calendars, production lead times, and company quality standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the eyewear industry.
- Dynamic, proactive, and flexible approach.
- Excellent ability to manage prototyping and production process timelines.
- Strong product costing and processing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of the English language.
A minimum of five years in analogous positions within the eyewear sector is required.
