- Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Team Leader.
- Conduct training sessions across various formats including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
- Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market demands.
- Support teams during local sales events by highlighting the technical aspects of product collections.
- Engage with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs, reporting findings to headquarters.
- Proactively seek new training solutions and methodologies.
- Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Optics and Optometry.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
- Proficiency in creating training content and strong writing skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
- Results-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Strong team spirit, excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about optical training and product development.
- Valid driver's license.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Optics and Optometry is mandatory.
