1. Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Team Leader.
2. Conduct training sessions across various formats including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
3. Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
4. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market demands.
5. Support teams during local sales events by highlighting the technical aspects of product collections.
6. Engage with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
7. Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs, reporting findings to headquarters.
8. Proactively seek new training solutions and methodologies.
9. Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry.

1. Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
2. Proficiency in creating training content and strong writing skills.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent command of PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
6. Results-oriented and deadline-driven.
7. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a strong commitment to teamwork.
8. Strong team spirit, excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
9. Passionate about optical training and product development.
10. Valid driver's license.

3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Degree in Optics and Optometry is mandatory.
