1. Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs and aligned with commercial objectives.
2. Conduct training sessions across various formats including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
3. Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
4. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
5. Support sales teams during local sales events by highlighting technical product aspects.
6. Collaborate with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
7. Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
8. Proactively research new training solutions and methodologies.
9. Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry is essential.

1. Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
2. Excellent content creation and writing skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
6. Strong results orientation and deadline adherence.
7. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
8. Strong team spirit, excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and problem-solving skills.
9. Passion for optical training and product development.
10. Valid driver's license.

3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Degree in Optics and Optometry.
