- Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Conduct training sessions across various formats including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
- Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support sales teams during local sales events by highlighting technical product aspects.
- Collaborate with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
- Proactively research new training solutions and methodologies.
- Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Optics and Optometry is essential.
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
- Strong results orientation and deadline adherence.
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented.
- Strong team spirit, excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for optical training and product development.
- Valid driver's license.
3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Optics and Optometry.
