- Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs, aligning with brand DNA and commercial objectives.
- Conduct training sessions across various formats, including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
- Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support sales teams during local events, emphasizing technical product aspects during collection presentations.
- Collaborate with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Monitor competitive learning tools and programs, reporting insights to headquarters.
- Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity in researching new training solutions and methodologies.
- Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
- Proficiency in creating training content and strong writing skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Results-oriented with a strong adherence to deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, with a commitment to teamwork
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for optical training and product development
- Valid driver's license
3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on optical training and development.
