1. Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs, aligning with brand DNA and commercial objectives.
2. Conduct training sessions across various formats, including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
3. Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
4. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
5. Support sales teams during local events, emphasizing technical product aspects during collection presentations.
6. Collaborate with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
7. Monitor competitive learning tools and programs, reporting insights to headquarters.
8. Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity in researching new training solutions and methodologies.
9. Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry

1. Willingness to travel 80% of the time
2. Proficiency in creating training content and strong writing skills
3. Fluency in English
4. Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent PowerPoint skills
5. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
6. Results-oriented with a strong adherence to deadlines
7. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, with a commitment to teamwork
8. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
9. Passion for optical training and product development
10. Valid driver's license

3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on optical training and development.
