Kering Eyewear Optical Trainer

1. Understand the business model and brand objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, features, and technical aspects.
2. Implement technical training programs for various targets (store sales teams, Brand Ambassadors, optical schools) in France and BELUX.
3. Conduct training through various formats (classroom training, in-store training, field coaching, webinars, etc.).
4. Organize tour plans based on KPIs and priorities set by commercial management.
5. Define actions to be taken with clients to achieve objectives.
6. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
7. Support teams during local sales events by highlighting technical product aspects during collection presentations.
8. Collaborate with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
9. Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs and communicate findings to headquarters.
10. Proactively research new training solutions and methodologies.
11. Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry

1. Willingness to travel 80% of the time (field-based position)
2. Excellent training content creation and writing skills
3. Proficiency in English
4. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of PowerPoint
5. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
6. Strong results orientation and adherence to deadlines
7. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, committed to teamwork
8. Strong team spirit and excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
9. Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
10. Driver's license

3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree in Optics and Optometry.
