- Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Team Leader to align training strategies with commercial objectives.
- Conduct training sessions across various formats, including in-class, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
- Organize tour plans based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market requirements.
- Support teams during local sales events by highlighting technical product aspects.
- Engage with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs, reporting findings to headquarters.
- Proactively research new training solutions and methodologies.
- Manage and optimize travel for cost-effectiveness.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
- Proficiency in creating training content and strong writing skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Results-oriented with a strong adherence to deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for optical training and product development
- Valid driver's license
3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Optics and Optometry is mandatory.
