Kering Eyewear Optical Trainer

- Implement and optimize technical training programs tailored to market needs and aligned with commercial objectives.
- Conduct training sessions across various formats including classroom, in-store, field coaching, and webinars.
- Organize training tours based on KPIs and commercial priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market requirements.
- Support sales teams during local events by highlighting the technical aspects of product collections.
- Engage with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs, reporting findings to headquarters.
- Proactively research new training solutions and methodologies.
- Manage travel logistics to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
- Proficiency in creating training content and strong writing skills
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Results-oriented with a strong adherence to deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented
- Strong team spirit, excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about optical training and product development
- Valid driver's license
3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Optics and Optometry is required.
