Kering Eyewear Optical Trainer

- Understand the business model and brand objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, features, and technical aspects.
- Implement technical training programs for various target groups (store sales teams, Brand Ambassadors, optical schools) in France and BELUX.
- Conduct training through various formats (classroom training, in-store training, field coaching, webinars, etc.).
- Organize tour plans based on KPIs and priorities set by commercial management.
- Define actions to be taken with clients to achieve objectives.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support teams during local sales events by highlighting technical aspects of products during collection presentations.
- Collaborate with optical trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis of learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
- Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity in seeking new training solutions and methodologies.
- Manage and optimize travel to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time (field-based position)
- Excellent content creation and writing skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of PowerPoint
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Strong results orientation and deadline adherence
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, committed to teamwork
- Strong team spirit and excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
- Driving license
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in Optics and Optometry.
