- Implement technical training programs for various targets including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, and Optical Schools.
- Execute training programs through various formats such as classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
- Define effective local training strategies based on KPIs and business priorities.
- Customize training materials for the local market needs.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections' presentations.
- Control and monitor the travel budget for cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Optical Trainers in other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Monitor competitors' learning tools and programs and report to HQ.
- Search for new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experience in the Optical Industry
- Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus
- Car driving license
- Open to travel 80% of the time
- Excellent training content creation and copywriting
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced PowerPoint expertise
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Strong focus on results and respect for deadlines

- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experience in the Optical Industry.
