- Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, and Optical Schools within the designated area.
- Execute training programs utilizing diverse formats such as classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
- Define and adapt local training strategies based on key performance indicators and business priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
- Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Optical Trainers from other markets to exchange strategies and best practices.
- Monitor competitors’ learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
- Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Understand the brand's business model and objectives, with a focus on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry
- Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Result-oriented with strong deadline adherence
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and committed to teamwork
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
- Problem-solving abilities
- Passion for optical training and product development
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.
Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience in the Optical Industry.
