1. Implement technical training programs for various targets including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, and Optical Schools.
2. Execute training programs through various formats such as classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Define effective local training strategies based on KPIs and business priorities.
4. Customize training materials for the local market needs.
5. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collections' presentations.
6. Control and monitor the travel budget for cost-effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with Optical Trainers in other markets to share strategies and best practices.
8. Monitor competitors' learning tools and programs and report to HQ.
9. Search for new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
10. Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experience in the Optical Industry
3. Fluent in English; Nordic languages are a plus
4. Car driving license
5. Open to travel 80% of the time

2. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced PowerPoint expertise
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods

8. Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development

3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experience in the Optical Industry.
