1. Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, and Optical Schools within the designated area.
2. Execute training programs utilizing diverse formats such as classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Define and adapt local training strategies based on key performance indicators and business priorities.
4. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
5. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
6. Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with Optical Trainers from other markets to exchange strategies and best practices.
8. Monitor competitors’ learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
9. Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
10. Understand the brand's business model and objectives, with a focus on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the Optical Industry

1. Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous
3. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced PowerPoint skills
4. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
5. Result-oriented with strong deadline adherence
6. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and committed to teamwork
7. Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit
8. Problem-solving abilities
9. Passion for optical training and product development
10. Valid driving license
11. Willingness to travel 80% of the time

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience in the Optical Industry.
