1. Support the local finance manager in preparing a monthly dashboard, including P&L, efficiency KPIs, and variance analysis against standard and overhead costs.
2. Calculate and monitor purchase and production standard costs.
3. Proactively participate in budget and forecast processes, ensuring target achievement.
4. Analyze and discuss plant results with financial and operations management.
5. Address ad hoc topics and support management as necessary.
6. Enhance reporting systems and outputs.

1. University degree in Economics or equivalent.
2. 3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling.
3. Solid knowledge of cost and general accounting.
4. Experience in preparing, analyzing, and discussing budgets, forecasts, and planning activities.

1. Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel.
2. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and resilience.
5. Flexibility and ability to interface with various company levels.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Strong interdisciplinary and cross-functional teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
9. Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in tasks directly.
10. Positive attitude and ability to perceive challenges as opportunities.

3-4 years of experience in industrial or plant controlling, with a strong foundation in cost and general accounting.

University degree in Economics or equivalent.
