1. Manage customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information.
2. Oversee order flow from acquisition to entry, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms.
3. Coordinate delivery flow by liaising with planning teams, logistics, transportation companies, and customers, acting as the first point of contact for queries or issues.
4. Manage back-orders to maintain a clean portfolio.
5. Handle goods returns in accordance with trade terms.
6. Support sales in commercial, logistics, and product claims from customers.
7. Participate in sales events such as Buying Days, brand/product presentations, and customer trainings.
8. Issue sales/customer-related reports for the sales team and customers.
9. Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
10. Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities and projects.

1. 3 years of experience in similar roles within a fast-paced environment.
2. Previous experience in a B2B customer service setting.
3. Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain, and customs processes.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP knowledge highly recommended.
2. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Strong team player with a customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.

3 years of experience in similar roles within a fast-paced environment, with a background in B2B customer service and international logistics.
