Kering Eyewear Operations and Supply Chain Specialist

- Manage customer master data ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information.
- Oversee order flow from acquisition to entry, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms.
- Coordinate delivery flow by liaising with planning, logistics, transportation companies, and customers, acting as the primary contact for queries or issues.
- Manage back-orders to maintain a clean portfolio.
- Handle goods returns in compliance with trade terms.
- Support sales in addressing commercial, logistics, and product claims from customers.
- Participate actively in sales events such as Buying Days, brand presentations, and customer training sessions.
- Issue sales and customer-related reports for the benefit of the sales team and customers.
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
- Engage in ad hoc sales-related activities and projects.
- 3 years of experience in similar roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a B2B customer service environment.
- Knowledge of international logistics, supply chain, and customs processes.
- Experience with ERP systems, with SAP experience being advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Italian, Arabic, or French considered a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong team player with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in operations or supply chain roles within a fast-paced environment, preferably in B2B customer service.
