1. Shape and advance company and brand strategies within the Middle Eastern markets, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and flagship stores.
2. Collaborate with Saudi-based distributors to ensure alignment on objectives and brand guidelines.
3. Plan effective store visits in accordance with organizational targets and directives from line management.
4. Cultivate authentic relationships with customers and their teams, acting as the primary contact and ambassador for the organization.
5. Conduct training sessions and in-store coaching on product features and communication strategies for collection launches.
6. Communicate store needs and market feedback to the management team promptly and effectively.
7. Build partnerships with key account associates and management to maximize business potential through in-store efforts.
8. Ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained according to company guidelines.
9. Research and target new customers and in-store positioning aligned with brand guidelines.
10. Assist the Trade Marketing team in determining POS material requirements and executing marketing initiatives.

1. University degree or equivalent experience.
2. 2-4 years of experience in Sales, B2B, Retail, or Travel Retail.
3. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods, or optical industry preferred.
4. Proven track record of growing sales and building distribution channels.

1. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
2. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability under pressure.
4. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
5. Valid driver's license.

2-4 years in Sales, B2B, Retail, or Travel Retail, preferably within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods, or optical industry.

University degree or equivalent experience.
