- Shape and advance company and brand strategies within the Middle Eastern markets, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and flagship stores.
- Collaborate with Saudi-based distributors to ensure alignment on objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan effective store visits in accordance with organizational targets and directives from line management.
- Cultivate authentic relationships with customers and their teams, acting as the primary contact and ambassador for the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and in-store coaching on product features and communication strategies for collection launches.
- Communicate store needs and market feedback to the management team promptly and effectively.
- Build partnerships with key account associates and management to maximize business potential through in-store efforts.
- Ensure merchandising standards are met and maintained according to company guidelines.
- Research and target new customers and in-store positioning aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist the Trade Marketing team in determining POS material requirements and executing marketing initiatives.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales, B2B, Retail, or Travel Retail.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods, or optical industry preferred.
- Proven track record of growing sales and building distribution channels.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
2-4 years in Sales, B2B, Retail, or Travel Retail, preferably within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods, or optical industry.
University degree or equivalent experience.
