- Develop and execute comprehensive above-the-line (ATL) media plans that align with brand objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the brand's media agency to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including media, eCommerce, content, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategies.
- Prepare media plan proposals and performance reports.
- Negotiate with media vendors through the media agency to secure optimal rates and placements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new media platforms, and emerging technologies to continually refine media strategies.
- Over 5 years of experience in media planning, preferably on a global scale or within a brand or agency setting.
- Proven track record in managing international media plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in both digital and traditional media channels.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
A minimum of five years in media planning, with a preference for global or brand/agency experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.
