Kering Eyewear Media Manager

- Develop and execute comprehensive ATL media plans that align with brand goals and budget.
- Collaborate with the brand media agency to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of media campaigns.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including media, eCommerce, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze audience data to inform media strategies.
- Prepare media plan proposals and performance reports.
- Negotiate with media vendors through the media agency to secure the best rates and placements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms, and emerging technologies to continually refine media strategies.
- Over 5 years of experience in media planning, preferably globally or within a brand or agency setting.
- Proven experience in managing international media plans.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Knowledge of both digital and traditional media channels.
- Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in media planning, with a preference for those who have managed international media plans.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.
