Kering Eyewear Marketing Specialist

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing trade marketing initiatives across multiple channels and international markets to support business growth and enhance brand positioning at the store level.
- Develop and deliver marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with business needs in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and trends in visual merchandising, events, retail experiences, digital, PR, and communication needs.
- Manage special channel projects by coordinating cross-functional efforts in developing 360 marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, collaborating with functional departments and external partners on project design, logistics management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Support in drafting internal reports and conducting divisional meetings to review market and channel performances, monitor implementation, and share best practices for continuous improvement.
- Assist in reviewing and following up on investment plans, including Marketing OPEX and CAPEX.
- Degree in economics or marketing
- Experience in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion, or accessories
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and initiative
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for the product and industry
Preferably experience in the eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion, or accessories sectors.
Degree in economics or marketing.
