Kering Eyewear Maintenance Engineer

- Ensure the planning and management of maintenance activities (physical and/or software) for automation systems, in collaboration with the Facilities Manager and Logistics Hub Manager, to guarantee operational continuity.
- Plan and manage maintenance activities for company buildings in compliance with current regulations to ensure safety and operational continuity.
- Coordinate and actively participate in maintenance activities, ensuring the resolution of daily issues.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts for automation systems.
- Manage maintenance activity reports, ensuring the efficiency KPIs of the automation system.
- Perform maintenance interventions outside of regular operational hours if necessary (weekdays, weekends, nights).
- Collaborate with the Health & Safety team on site safety aspects related to routine activities, maintenance, and new project development.
- Ensure proper management of all safety documentation, including that related to external suppliers.
- Support the Facilities Manager in developing special projects within the Facility domain (office relocations, modifications, new site development, etc.).
- Degree in Engineering
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in similar roles within complex and international companies
- Basic knowledge of maintenance requirements for plants and buildings
- Basic understanding of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Project management capabilities for infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferable knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP
- Strong organizational, managerial, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, initiative, curiosity, creativity, and teamwork orientation
- Dynamic and enthusiastic approach to working in a rapidly growing international environment
1-3 years of experience in similar roles within complex and international companies. Experience in production environments, automated warehouses, or the luxury/fashion sector is advantageous.
