Kering Eyewear Logistics Specialist

1. Manage sample goods inbound and outbound scanning, stock taking, and storeroom activities.
2. Maintain and tidy the showroom.
3. Prepare reports for sample shipment tracking across APAC and warehouse dashboards.
4. Handle samples management including ordering, receiving, arranging, returning, and lending to sales teams and customers.
5. Manage sales tools and shipping documentation.
6. Liaise with forwarders and warehouses to ensure shipments to Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Travel Retail customers.
7. Prepare shipment bookings and track return shipments.

1. Diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, or equivalent business experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel.
2. Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
3. Exceptional organizational skills.
4. Good written and verbal communication.

9. Strong sense of responsibility.

2 years or more of logistics experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment. Shipment, warehouse, and sample experience is an advantage.
