1. Manage sample goods inbound and outbound processes, including scanning, stock taking, and showroom maintenance.
2. Prepare and maintain reports for sample shipment tracking across the Asia-Pacific region and warehouse dashboards.
3. Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses to ensure timely delivery of shipments to Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Travel Retail customers.
4. Oversee sales tools and shipping documentation management.
5. Prepare shipment bookings and track return shipments.
6. Collaborate with supply chain, planning, and logistics teams to deliver service excellence.

1. Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment.
2. Diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, or equivalent business experience.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
2. Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Exceptional organizational skills.
4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
5. Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
6. Passionate, enthusiastic, and responsible.

A minimum of 2 years in logistics, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors, with experience in shipment, warehouse, and sample management considered an advantage.

Diploma or degree in business administration, logistics, or equivalent business experience.
