Kering Eyewear Logistics Sample and Events Specialist

- Serve as the logistical liaison for corporate functions responsible for sample and event management.
- Analyze reports and the shipping calendar for samples.
- Support and collaborate with Logistics Supervisors in operational tasks related to shipments, returns, and inventory management of samples and event materials.
- Update and monitor the progress of sample orders to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Manually create and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring readiness by required dates.
- Communicate shipment handover dates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and share logistics reports with interested parties.
- Collect and distribute reports on logistical issues, prompting resolution when necessary.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to prepare and manage event materials.
- Verify stock accuracy in relevant warehouses.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and quality verification of event materials during both dispatch and receipt.
- Supervise on-site logistics during corporate events in Italy and abroad.
- Degree in Economics or Humanities
- Passion for eyewear products and logistics
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactivity, curiosity, and creativity
- Dynamic and enthusiastic in a fast-growing international environment
- Willingness to travel
Previous experience in logistics or the events sector is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanities.
