Kering Eyewear Logistics Sample and Events Specialist

1. Serve as the logistics interface for company functions responsible for sample and event management.
2. Analyze reports and shipping schedules for samples.
3. Support and collaborate with Logistics Supervisors in preparing shipments, managing returns, and conducting inventories for samples, setups, and accessory materials.
4. Update and monitor the progress of sample orders, ensuring timely and proper shipments.
5. Manually create and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring readiness by required dates.
6. Share shipping dates for samples with relevant internal and external logistics entities based on market requests.
7. Update and share reports with relevant internal and external logistics entities.
8. Collect and address logistical issues and anomalies, following up if unresolved.
9. Collaborate with the company's logistics partner to prepare materials for setups and communication activities.
10. Verify stock accuracy in relevant warehouses.
11. Assist in the collection, packaging, and verification of setups and accessory materials during shipping and receiving.
12. Supervise on-site logistics activities during company events in Italy and abroad.

1. Degree in economics or humanities
2. Passion for eyewear products and logistics
3. Excellent knowledge of English
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
5. Previous experience in logistics and/or event management is a plus
6. Analytical, problem-solving, and priority management skills
7. Strong organizational and communication skills
8. Proactivity, curiosity, and creativity
9. Dynamic and enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing international environment
10. Willingness to travel
