1. Serve as the logistical liaison for corporate functions responsible for sample and event management.
2. Analyze reports and the shipping calendar for samples.
3. Support and collaborate with Logistics Supervisors in operational tasks related to shipments, returns, and inventory management of samples and event materials.
4. Update and monitor the progress of sample orders to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
5. Manually create and manage deliveries in SAP, ensuring readiness by required dates.
6. Communicate shipment handover dates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
7. Update and share logistics reports with interested parties.
8. Collect and distribute reports on logistical issues, prompting resolution when necessary.
9. Collaborate with logistics partners to prepare and manage event materials.
10. Verify stock accuracy in relevant warehouses.
11. Assist in the picking, packing, and quality verification of event materials during both dispatch and receipt.
12. Supervise on-site logistics during corporate events in Italy and abroad.

1. Degree in Economics or Humanities

1. Passion for eyewear products and logistics
2. Excellent command of the English language
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
4. Analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Strong organizational and communication skills
6. Proactivity, curiosity, and creativity
7. Dynamic and enthusiastic in a fast-growing international environment
8. Willingness to travel

Previous experience in logistics or the events sector is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanities.
