1. Manage the company's Intellectual Property assets, including the assessment of new collection designs and supervision of the trademark portfolio.
2. Evaluate IP rights related to special projects, collaborations, or campaigns, and enforce relevant rights.
3. Conduct research and draft memos, opinions, and legal documentation while staying informed on legal and regulatory developments.
4. Draft and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs, event organization, and media partnership agreements, in both English and Italian.
5. Provide legal advice and assistance on contractual and non-contractual matters to other departments.
6. Manage relationships with external law firms in Italy and abroad, as well as with other group brands.

1. Master’s degree in Law.
2. Up to 1 year of experience through internships or entry-level roles in law firms or in-house.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Up to 1 year of experience gained through internships or entry-level positions in law firms or as in-house counsel.

Master’s degree in Law.
