1. Manage global corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of new legal entities and maintenance of corporate registers.
2. Advise Accounting, Finance, Business Development, and Legal teams on corporate and M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-closing activities.
3. Oversee and coordinate intercompany financial flows both domestically and internationally.
4. Provide business-oriented legal advice on corporate, commercial, and consumer matters, and develop guidelines to enhance autonomy across business functions.
5. Assist the General Counsel in managing litigation matters.
6. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements in English and Italian.
7. Identify and address business needs proactively, seeking opportunities to create value.
8. Collaborate with external legal counsel in Italy and internationally, staying informed on legal and regulatory developments.

1. Law degree with 7–9 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in Corporate and M&A.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Energetic, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

7–9 years of experience as a lawyer, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel, with a focus on Corporate and M&A.
