Kering Eyewear Legal Manager

- Manage global corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of new legal entities and maintenance of corporate registers.
- Advise Accounting, Finance, Business Development, and Legal teams on corporate and M&A transactions, including due diligence and post-closing activities.
- Oversee and coordinate intercompany financial flows both domestically and internationally.
- Provide business-oriented legal advice on corporate, commercial, and consumer matters, and develop guidelines to enhance autonomy across business functions.
- Assist the General Counsel in managing litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements in English and Italian.
- Identify and address business needs proactively, seeking opportunities to create value.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel in Italy and internationally, staying informed on legal and regulatory developments.
- Law degree with 7–9 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in Corporate and M&A.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Energetic, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
7–9 years of experience as a lawyer, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel, with a focus on Corporate and M&A.
