- Analyze customer sell-out reports and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
- Assist Key Account Managers in proposing customized assortments aligned with market trends and business needs.
- Prepare client assortments for selection meetings held in the London showroom.
- Compile customer presentations and business updates for client meetings.
- Prepare customer selection files post-buying appointments, incorporating client-specific information such as local pricing and reference numbers.
- Monitor service levels and order fulfillment rates, proposing solutions for low or critical stock situations.
- Collaborate with customer service and logistics to manage order collection and stock delivery within client-specified timelines.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up on orders and deliveries.
- Support the development of joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
- Assist the finance department with invoice, debit, and credit note requests.
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Dynamic, results-focused, and adept at problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in sales and account management is essential.
Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
