1. Collect and analyze customer sell-out reports, proposing recommendations based on results.
2. Support Key Account Managers in proposing tailor-made assortments considering market trends and business needs.
3. Prepare client assortments ahead of selection meetings in the London showroom.
4. Compile customer presentations and business updates ahead of client meetings.
5. Prepare customer selection files after each buying appointment, adding client-specific information.
6. Monitor service level and order fulfillment rate for customers, proposing actions for low/critical/out of stock SKUs.
7. Contribute to order collection and management in collaboration with customer service and logistics department.
8. Facilitate stock delivery within clients' requested delivery dates, collaborating with customer service and logistics department.
9. Ensure maximum customer service and follow-up of orders and deliveries.
10. Build joint sales and marketing plans with major customers.
11. Assist the finance department with invoice, debit, and credit note requests.

1. Degree in Business Administration or similar.
2. Language requirements: English. Nordic languages will be considered a plus.

1. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytic skills.
3. Sales-driven with the ability to expand business and identify new opportunities.
4. Dynamism, focus on results, problem-solving, teamwork, and enthusiasm.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Degree in Business Administration or similar.
