Kering Eyewear Key Account Executive

1. Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering and sustaining robust, long-term relationships.
2. Comprehend clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to deliver customized solutions.
3. Collaborate with Trade Marketing for the implementation of Product Marketing Assets, POSM, and other marketing initiatives.
4. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion within key accounts.
5. Analyze data to strategize customer replenishment.
6. Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and growth objectives.
7. Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
8. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
9. Secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions affecting key accounts.
11. Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience

1. Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments
2. Fluency in English and the local language
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships
7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
8. Industry knowledge and business acumen

A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is required.
