Kering Eyewear Key Account Executive

- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, fostering and sustaining robust, long-term relationships.
- Comprehend clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to deliver customized solutions.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing for the implementation of Product Marketing Assets, POSM, and other marketing initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion within key accounts.
- Analyze data to strategize customer replenishment.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets and growth objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate account performance, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions affecting key accounts.
- Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments
- Fluency in English and the local language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and sales abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Industry knowledge and business acumen
A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments is required.
Bachelor's degree
