Kering Eyewear Junior Trade Marketing Specialist

- Participate in the creation and execution of the Trade Marketing plan for a portfolio of brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local business priorities.
- Collaborate on the comprehensive design of the Trade Marketing calendar.
- Monitor the below-the-line (BTL) budget to ensure resource efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison for sales force, In-Store Specialists, and Area Managers.
- Develop analyses and tools to enhance in-store product visibility.
- Conduct analyses to identify market risks and opportunities, proposing solutions and action plans.
- Propose commercial promotions and incentives to drive sales results.
- Contribute to the optimization of Trade Marketing processes.
- Collect and disseminate market feedback on products.
- Support new collection launches with training materials and marketing tools.
- Oversee product distribution to enhance productivity and cross-selling.
- Strengthen collaboration with sales teams, clients, and headquarters to maximize market opportunities.
- University Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, including internships.
- Previous sales or field experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
1-2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, including internships.
University Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
